Refunds

1. Contribution Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Contributions: Generally, contributions made to Grow2Save Ventures are non-refundable. Once a contribution has been processed and allocated for tree planting, it cannot be refunded.
  • Special Circumstances: In certain special circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Grow2Save Ventures. Such circumstances may include duplicate contributions, significant delays in planting, or errors in the contribution amount. To request a refund under special circumstances, please contact our support team with the details of your request.

2. Incorrect or Unauthorized Payments

  • If you believe there has been an incorrect or unauthorized payment made from your account, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, process a refund accordingly.

Cancellations

1. Contribution Cancellations

  • Before Processing: If you wish to cancel a contribution before it has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and prevent the contribution from being processed.
  • After Processing: Once a contribution has been processed and the funds have been allocated for tree planting, cancellations are generally not possible. However, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis in special circumstances.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at grow2save@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" or "Cancellation Request".
  2. Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, contribution details (such as date, amount, and transaction ID), and a brief explanation of your request.
  3. Review and Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 15 business days. We may request additional information if necessary to process your request.

Processing Time

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the contribution.
  • Cancellations: If a cancellation request is approved, the contribution will be halted, and any pending charges will be voided.
